Chengdu Taste was amazing! All kinds of unusual options. The portions were huge - meant for sharing. But the flavors! Of my! Each dish had layers of flavor. There was spice, in a good way, but there was so much more nuance. We ordered the Lamb with Cumin on toothpicks. I don’t like cumin but it had so many great reviews that we tried it. So glad we did! We also ordered the Flavored Pig’s Feet. Yes! Finally the Seaweed Egg drop Soup and some steamed rice. We all took extra food home. I will return the next time we’re in Las Vegas.

We came for lunch. There were plenty of parking spaces. The service was courteous. We ordered some traditional Sichuan food: Griddle Cooked Diaphragm, Mapo Tofu, Fish in spicy soup, Stir fried pig kidney. Except the last one was very salty, everything else was all authentic and wonderfully presented.

I never had Chinese food that is as authentic on this. I'm glad I was able to eat with my Chinese colleague. She was on it!!!!! She ordered two food and it was really delicious. Worth your money. If you don't like spicy you can tell the server. This is big servings by the way. We enjoyed it so much!

Awesome Sichuan food! Started off with the cucumber salad and was amazed. The cucumbers were of extremely high-quality and were very well seasoned with sesame oil, garlic and fresh cilantro. A beautiful, refreshing and generous salad. Went onto the crispy fried chicken gristle with Sichuan peppercorns and chilies plus peanuts and green onions. Absolutely delicious and very nourishing. Then had the beef in hot sauce and couldn’t be happier. Reminds me of a dish I had at a Sichuan restaurant in Singapore that has always stuck with me. Lots of flavor and great veggies in a rich and deeply aromatic and spicy Sichuan chili and peppercorn broth. We picked this place on a whim hoping it would have good Sichuan food and it absolutely did not disappoint! Great service too.

Love the food there, go there every week, you can blindly pick any food on the menu, they are always good

The food was realllyy good. My partner and I got the lamb skewers, the eggplant, and the wontons. The dishes were seasoned well and were authentic. I would definitely come back again for the food and try more dishes. A line starts to form to get in around 5:30 so plan on to come early or wait for a table to come available.
